I am Certified Personal Trainer, Virtual Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist with National Academy of Sports Science. I hold an undergraduate degree from Kutztown University in Education and a graduate degree from Lock Haven University in Teaching and Learning. I continue to advance my knowledge through further professional development in both teaching and personal training.
I was born and raised in the Ukraine, and I speak Russian and Ukrainian. I moved to Allentown as a young adult, where I now live with my husband, our two teenage children and our dog.
I found fitness when my children were in elementary school after years of being an avid yoga practitioner, but finding I was still struggling to be active and to maintain a healthy weight as I aged. I began seeing a personal trainer and engaging in regular strength and endurance training both in the gym and at home. This helped me overcome a mostly sedentary lifestyle and manage my weight.
Personal training made such a huge impact in my life, that I decided to pursue a second career in the fitness industry. I now uses my knowledge and skills to support others with their health and fitness goals.
One of my biggest passions in life is supporting individuals in making meaningful changes and improving their quality of life through functional movement and corrective exercise.
In my free time, I love to train for strength and endurance goals and continue to learn more and more about every aspect of fitness.
